At the beginning of HP printer troubleshooting, try to restart your computer, along with your printer and wireless router. Additionally, you have to check that your printer is connected to your internet network or not. Then you have to check the print a wireless network test report from the printer control panel. Some printers are pressing the Wireless button that allows direct access to printing this report.
