The battery of my iPad Air 2017 version is getting drained from few days and it is also not getting connected with the charging adapter sometimes. I have asked iPad support to resolve the issue. They said that I have to change the battery of the device but after changing the battery, the problem remains the same. Please provide me with the way to resolve the issue.

I have already tried the refresh of the system. I run the recovery and reset the system. The battery charged after an incredible amount of time many hours to full, but I had started to use the PC and run it on battery it immediately started again the issue. I strongly suspect that there is something wrong on the battery or the PC, as I don't understand why the system doesn't charge the battery when the PC is in sleep or off.
If it a hardware issue then I could be covered by the extended warranty, if it is a software problem, I would not.
If you have any issue related to printer contact Canon Printer Error b200.
